Terms of Service

These terms outline service delivery, scope, payment, and expectations when working with Front Range Dev Co.

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Front Range Dev Co. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services

Front Range Dev Co. provides web development, automation, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.

Scope of Work + Scope Lock

All projects are scoped based on the information provided during the intake and consultation process. Once scope is confirmed and work begins, the scope is locked. Any additions, changes, or new features requested after scope lock may affect timeline and pricing, and will be quoted separately.

Timelines + Fast-Track Delivery

We pride ourselves on fast turnaround times, with most projects completing in under 7 days. However, fast-turnaround timelines depend on responsive client feedback and timely delivery of finalized assets. Delays in client response may extend project timelines accordingly.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and all necessary assets (logos, copy, images, credentials). Delays in providing these materials may impact project timelines.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be quoted separately. Revision requests must be consolidated and submitted in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion or at defined milestones. All invoices are due within the timeframe specified.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for other payments are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon work, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Delays + Pauses

If a project is paused at the client's request for more than 14 days, a re-engagement fee may apply. Extended pauses may also affect previously quoted timelines and availability.

Third-Party Tools

Projects may utilize third-party platforms and tools including but not limited to Vercel, Webflow, Zapier, Make, Stripe, and various APIs. Front Range Dev Co. does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or terms of service. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and subscriptions with third-party providers.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Pre-existing code libraries, frameworks, and tools used in projects remain the property of their respective owners. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share project details, business information, or credentials with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Front Range Dev Co.'s liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of our services or deliverables.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date. Unused deposits may be applied to work completed or retained as compensation for reserved time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
